This is a real email marketing project designed to increase enrollment in MBA marketing electives at the Ateneo Graduate School of Business in Rockwell, Makati. Check out how the actual email looked by clicking this link:

The communications campaign kicked off with in-class surveys done by the AGSB marketing professors from Feb. 15 to Feb. 26. An email campaign was sent-out to 72 students from March 8 to 11. After only 72 hours, 10 students (or 14%) responded to the campaign. Actual enrollment period was from March 15 to 20, 2010.
The results of the paper survey, the on-line email campaign and the actual enrollment will be compared in a final report submitted to the AGSB and the marketing cluster. However, this report will not be available in time for the submission requirements of the email marketing module.

Surveymonkey has some features for surveys that are not found on mailchimp. There was not enough time nor opportunity to incorporate this into the campaign for March but should definitely be considered for future campaigns.
